It’s Kathleen for the Cat’s Meow. How is everyone doing? I know that there is so much going on right now. Earth Energy is really, really enhanced. There is an excess of fear and anxiety. I can truly see and feel it.
All I can say to you, Pet-Friends, is that to keep calm and things will get better. They have to. Energy does not stay in one place, it keeps moving and you will have to move with it. I know that it is easy to say, while I am up in the Universe, but I am here to say that it will get better.
Unfortunately, I can’t really say when, but trust that it will. Like I told Pet-Dad just this week, plan for the future. Decide what you want the next 3, 6, 9 and 12 months to look and feel like, and do the best you can to achieve that. I know that Pet-Dad wants to learn more about Spirituality and to Expand his Energy. I gave him the advice of getting a new year calendar and writing one thing per month to do. I gave him a few ideas to try for the first month. Would you like to hear them?
The ideas I gave him were to write one good thing that happened that day and put it into a jar. No matter how bad the day may seem to you, i'm sure at least one good thing happened. Even if it was just that you got out of bed. I know that can be hard. Or, that dinner worked out really well, or that there were no line ups in the grocery store. Or that you smiled to a stranger and they smiled back. As I said, there is always something good that happens every day. Or, if you don’t want to do the jar, look up an inspirational quote of the day on the computer every morning. Or, you can journal for 7 minutes a day. Then, for the next month, you can pull a card for the day, or wear your favourite colour once a week, or drink clear & clean water every day, or talk a brisk walk.
These things may seem simple but they are all significant ways to raise your vibration. When you raise your vibration it gets you closer to Spirituality. When you feel better about yourself and your stagnant energy dissolves, you can see and feel more things about you. I know that Pet-Mom always takes long walks when it is super windy outside. She says that it is an awesome way to clear away the cobwebs from her mind, clear the debris on her aura and just feel that she is in the presence of something or someone bigger than herself. She told me once that she could feel my fur so close during a windstorm. I told her, yes, I was with her because it was getting dark outside and I wanted to make sure that she got home okay. I am still her protector, no matter what form I may take on.
But to get back to my original thought, Pet-Friends. Take care and take self-care. Plan for a brighter, and better future. There are lots of ways to do this, start small and build, build, build!
